How to use your gua sha? We recommend using your gua sha two to three times a week for around 5 minutes. You can do this either in the morning or in the evening during your skin care routine. Start with a clean base, make sure that your face, hands, and gua sha tool are clean. With your favorite serum, oil, moisturizer, or your sheet mask, we want the gua sha to slide on your skin without too much tugging. Gua sha will help your skin to absorb your products.

Make sure that you hold the gua sha at a 15-45 degree angle and follow the arrows as indicated on the image. Try to pass over each area at least 5 times and use light to medium pressure. Once you're done, clean your gua sha and remove the excess product by washing it through running water and regular soap.
